Return Policy

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
*Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
*Be in original condition, free of stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, damage, or alterations
*Have all original tags attached
*Include proof of purchase
(order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
*Gift cards
*Sale or clearance items
*Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (subject to eligibility).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
